"We have visited Dr Ryan O'Neil in the Newport Clinic on several occasions now. Due to the continued difficulty in booking an appointment with our "regular" GP, we have used this service on several occasions in the last 12 months. We have been overwhelmed with how good the service has been. Dr Ryan is excellent - it is such a relief to be able to take time to actually speak about our concerns with a professional, empathetic and caring doctor. We can't thank him and IGP enough for making accessing primary healthcare easy and effective. We have been so happy we have even started booking appointments for my Mother as we are more confident she will continue to receive a better standard of care with Dr Ryan that the usual GP. I appreciate that for most people it is expensive, however, if you are able to use this service I completely endorse it. The ability to book an appointment - often on the same day - at a time that suits, and to have a good amount of time to consult with a GP really does make the expense worth it. "

"Unfortunately they cancelled my appointment on the day. The reasons cited were certainly reasons that could have been communicated at the time I booked the appointment (over two weeks prior), and I may have been able to do something to make my appointment possible. They even rang me the day before to confirm my appointment, then rang again to cancel it the following morning. As a result, I have missed out on the possibility of getting an appointment elsewhere and my course of treatment has been compromised. Very disappointed at the unprofessional service."

This experience is very disappointing, and after checking Trustpilot, I noticed that several other people have reported similar issues. I’m concerned this might be a scam. "
